Really impressed with the 2 gentleman at reception when I needed a room last minute. Very attentive and helpful. I had arrived quite stressed but these guys were so lovely and helped make me feel a little better...think one of them was the manager. The lady at the bar was also really friendly and chatty. Great team of people at Manchester airport doubletree.

Staff very nice polite friendly and helpful. Room excellent and cookie on arrival nice choice. Food was good but expected better choice and quality for The Hilton

Only stayed overnight & wasn't able to use their facilities but the room was clean & tidy & well equipped. There's plenty of parking, though (for me at least) it's expensive at £15. Found it a bit odd that there was no guide to the hotel / menu in the room, due to Covid I guess. Also no shuttle to the terminals operating so prepare to book a taxi or face a 10 minute walk with your luggage. The warm chocolate cookie they offer on arrival is truly delicious

Great location for Terminal 1, easy 10 mins walk to airport. Great meals at the restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy check in/out. Our room was ready early. Easy access to buses/trains/trams into Manchester city. Would stay here again.

An excellent choice if you stay here! Super clean friendly hotel with lovely helpful staff. We felt valued and safe. Rooms were comfy airy and spacious with good amenities. Very nice bed linen and pillows! Newly decorated and extremely clean.We will be coming back.
