Beautiful hotel and spa. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would recommend both restaurants, the Korean Cowgirl fantastic and the Firepit the only thing on the menu for the Firepit I would say do not get would be the sweet potato, it just seems like such a random thing to have when you look at the rest of the menu. The bread with honey glaze is a must.

Amazing Massage which was an independent company, that come and do it in your room, as no treatment rooms. The bed is amazing, and food at the fire pit was incredible, however other than that, it was a disappointment, staff do not say hello when passing, the room/carpets are filthy, the spa has no changing rooms, shower facilities and was dirty. Considering the extortionate price, expected a lot more.

Went for a birthday girls spa trip, stayed one night. Parking is great and the location is very peaceful. The room at first glance look lovely, however the carpets are covered in stains (really bad stains) so the room just feels dirty! The same with the dressing gowns in the rooms 🤢 The spa is TINY I really expected more from the spa. Only 4 loungers, a small sauna and steam room and a small jacuzzi. Gym is tiny also (pointless really) Restaurants and communal areas look lovely and staff in the restaurant are good (they up-sell the menu alot, especially the expensive items which are not the best) but the food overall is lovely, great flavours and good cocktails. Reception staff were great on check in, however on check out was hard work (one particular staff member) Overall I think it's overrated and is missing the small touches, and is not clean enough to make it worth the price they charge.

Paid nearly £300 for dinner for 2, they rushed out the course's so quickly our set meal was over in 35 minutes! For that price I expect to be able to have a drink and conversation with my wife between course's. Our waitress was brilliant but overall we won't go back again, lots of better restaurants around that are better value for money and you don't feel you have to leave your table within 40 minutes

AVOID this hotel!!! Spent £550 on a room with a carpet that was covered in sick. The spa was filthy. The water you couldn’t even see to the bottom where it was full of dirt. Staff were walking around the spa in their shoes and empty glasses absolutely everywhere. Not worth the money or your time. Much better hotels and spas around.
