Vermilion -Manchester Visited this venue as a guest for a wedding reception. Venue was beautifully decorated, staff were so polite & accommodating, hall was thoroughly spacious, lots of props & open areas to take pictures. Must be top ten wedding venues in the UK I’ve visited for sure. Thank you for a lovely evening... Team Vermillion... 💪🏻
Had my wedding here so may be biased however, the best wedding food I ever had. Very flavourful not oily and great service. Amazing hall really good layout. Not crammed and not too spacious. Intimate yet room to breathe.
Attended a family wedding recently and the event on the whole was fantastic: beautiful decor; attentive staff and wonderful food. Well worth the vast expense spent by my family and the venue really added to the occasion. Two areas for future consideration, firstly the acoustics were off, high vibration of the speakers meant at times the announcements were inaudible. Secondly, differing levels of service - we had our starters refilled on our table, many others were told refills weren't available - which they should have been. My experience was outstanding. A number of others were much less taken.
Other than the aesthetics of the place the food was below par considering the prices they charge
Good used to be decent when they had the old menu with the mixed grill etc. Now only a few dishes to choose from and very overpriced for very small portions. I can see you got a celebrity chef of some sort but I would definitely try and bring some sort of mixed grill on the menu or even any traditional curry. Just looked better than it tastes. The restaurant is top notch but the service wasn't what it used to be and the food is nowhere near as good as before. Wish the menu didn't change. Shame really because the restaurant is one of the nicest restaurants I've seen!
