May 2024It was a family weekend, and the children loved the swimming pool. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was fabulous, and easy access to the city centre made it a wonderful choice of hotel. We all wished we could have stayed longer

May 2024Nice hotel, clean and staff were helpful. On this occasion, the sofa bed was not made up for the kids, but housekeeping sorted it. The swimming pool was good but far too many people for the size, which wasn't really monitored. Half-hour timelots were too short, and no one kept to them. Breakfast was nice, queue for pancakes was next to our table, maybe it needs to be away from the seating.

June 2024Checked in the staff seemed a little busy, but got my room key quickly. Room was clean, tidy and well equipped but was extremely hot overnight and the thermostat didn't seem to change this. Breakfast was great. Would stay again, and hopefully find some time to use the pool next time.

June 2024We stayed at Novotel Milton Keynes for 3 nights. Staff was great and very helpful, breakfast was very good. Our room was quiet and bed was comfortable. However, we would greatly appreciate if we had sockets next to our bed to be able to charge during the night our mobile phones near us. The carpets and room chair seemed a little aged. As we had an executive room, we really appreciated the coffee making machine and complementary water bottles in the mini bar.

June 2024Entrance looks neat and clean with friendly receptionists, bar service is slow. Rooms are very basic and sort of dull and the carpet has stains in it. A/C wasnt the best, but overall didnt bother us too much. Pool can get a bit crowded but it is a nice touch. Overall weekend trips are doable here.
