Parking available which is a big bonus in London. Great service from the people working there. Good track and karts were decent though a bit bumpy at speeds

Overall, it's a great company/ experience. However, be sure to arrive 15 minutes early so you can calmly create an account, check-in, collect your overalls and helmet. Otherwise, you'll be rushing and you may cut into your driving time. Oh, and you must buy a balaclava and gloves (£6 total) - these are mandatory. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you are part of a group that drives safely/ responsibly, you'll enjoy the whole experience. If, like me, you're part of a group who cannot drive/ do not care to be safe, you won't stay on the track for the full duration (like me!). I'll definitely be back. The venue is great.

I recently visited for the first time and overall, it was a mixed experience. The staff was one of the highlights. They were friendly, approachable and very helpful which made the initial setup and instructions easy to follow. I had no issues with the timing either; everything was clear and ran on schedule, so that was appreciated. The first round of racing was great! I had a blast and the track was fun. It was my first time and everyone followed the rules. Unfortunately, things took a turn in the second round. There was a group that was driving recklessly, intentionally crashing into me and others, causing me to spin out multiple times. It wasn’t just annoying, it seriously impacted my enjoyment of the experience. They did it as a group on purpose. I was even hit so hard that I woke up the next day with pain in my shoulder. Not exactly the souvenir I was hoping for! It didn’t help that the staff didn’t seem to be enforcing the rules. Yellow lights were flashing for a reason, speeding was supposed to be restricted but that didn’t stop the aggressive drivers still driving fast and crashing into people! How does that even work? I could hear some yelling from staff but the communication was unclear and no flags were used to help manage the chaos. It honestly felt like they were just hoping we’d police ourselves. On the bright side, I was happy to see one of the main troublemakers was disqualified, which was a step in the right direction. Still, the lack of proper control during the second round made it frustrating. Oh, and the steering wheel was stiff but it was my first time go karting maybe it was meant to be like that. All things considered, I had a fun time, but the second round really left a bad taste. I think the place could be fantastic with better staff oversight and more attention to safety and rule enforcement. 3 stars for now but would be willing to try again. The rough drivers aren’t their fault tbf.

THE WORST RACE TRACK BY FAR!! what is on website /complete opposite at venue. complete different to all other venue iv been. kart slow and outdated compare to other place. No proper induction or ask for first time user. I think staff had no induction themselves. As they were yelling instead of using the flags. Helmet damaged and stinky sweat. There are no safty rules applied. The venue very dark and dirty. suites are damaged /dirty. no zip and button. I saw fleas in my suite and had rash on my skin. Not enough staff /no one at reception for 15min. Staff are between track and bar, serving drinks. Once you paid , you have no right, so BE AWARE! However, as my friend pre-booked for his Bday, I decide to give k1 speed another chance to creat a fun and memorable time for me and my friends this time. But i will bring my own helmet and my own suit .

Do not go there! Ever. Skip it! Go elsewhere. Track was ok. Carts were alright though they seemed slower than ones I have tried in other places. But most importantly: the customer service was god awful. The receptionist made a hige fuss we came only 20 minutes before our session because apparently the confirmation email tells you to come 45 minutes before. Why? So you can put on overalls, watch a 3 minute video and sign a registration form, all of which takes 10 minutes if you have a coffee in the middle. The guy on the track didn't check our seatbelts and, ironically, that seemed like that one important feature considering the safety video repeats the word 'safety' a billion times. But at least the race was enjoyable, right? Well it wasn't a race, it was a "please drive out of the pit lane in whatever order after we sort out all the technical issues and then drive around in circles with no sense or structure as we do have a starting line and spots for each cart so you could actually have a racing experience but we just can't be bothered to do it". Overall, quite a bad experience. Try a different place, it cannot be worse than this.
