Nice clean room. Small bed. Cooked breakfast was cold on both mornings. Continental breakfast good selection. Sky bar very nice. Close to tube station and shopping mall.

Nice hotel. We were here for a few nights as it was our 5 years being together, not much was done to celebrate for us from staff. When we arrived there was a leftover birthday card from the manager in our hotel room so was disappointed we didn't even get one. Service could have been more welcoming on arrival. Breakfast was really nice and had amazing views. If you go to this hotel maybe don't go for any events, if so just for a casual night away.

First of all night staff customer service was very poor, she came across rude and not helpful! We booked the city view room for two adults with breakfast included however when our breakfast came apparently it was for one so had to pay £25 for the extra breakfast. For the price your paying rooms are very small and bathroom showers could do with a good clean in the corners! Unable to get through to the receptionist despite it being 24hrs desk service. Only pros for us was the city view and the morning receptionist who was extremely nice and helpful. Also this hotel doesn’t have car park, had use nearby car park which is £26 for 24hrs

Service on arrival was amazing. The lady who checked us in was smiley and engaged in conversation, even complemented me on how lovely my nails are. The room was lovely. Checked out the restaurant which has great views especially at night time. Only negative on checkout the gentleman seemed very dismissive of the issue I raised which really frustrated me.

Chic and modern hotel. Rooms are clean, have good facilities and great views. Great bar and roof terrace. Check-in done online so interaction with the staff was minimal. Lovely breakfast on top floor, best breakfast views I've ever had. Great selection of breakfast items and self service. Small gym and small swimming pool, but both clean and adequate. I'd definitely stay here again.
