What an absolutely fun experience! We did the guided tour on a Friday night and it was so fun. Our female captain was hilarious and did a great job! The views were fantastic and such a cool thing to do in London. Highly highly recommend and can't wait to do it again!

!!!Beware of this company!!! I’ve been trying out new things to take family and friends to when they visit since moving to London. I must say this is the only bad experience I’ve had with any company in the 6 months I’ve lived here. I was feeling sick and due to that was late to my appointment. I got there with 45 min left of our 2 hour reservation. They wouldn’t let us even hop in the boat for a few minutes despite charging us 180 pounds. I asked if we could get in for the remainder of our time? Nope. Could we reschedule to any other day? Even off peak. Nope. Could we get a partial refund since we didn’t get a service? Nope, but not just no-the man working said 5% of their sales come from people who are more than 15 minutes late and don’t get to go out on the water. 5%?!?! Cold and greedy business practices. If you book here, hope and pray nothing causes you to be more than 15 minutes late (like getting lost or an issue on the tube) because as the man working said-they will keep your money no matter how much-so the more people in your group the more you have to lose from a booking with this company. There’s lots of fun things to do in London, but save yourself the stress on this activity. There are small businesses out here that value customers-this is not one of them. Edit: their response has several inaccuracies, the most important being that they “remain open to resolving this.” They were not open to resolving it when I was at the location and the employee working said they were just going to keep my money and there was nothing that could be done about it. They were not open to resolution until I reported their messed up business practices. Additionally the threatening email I was sent from the company didn’t seem like much of a resolution. Apparently I’m not the only one who has had this issue with the business, and I wish I had read the other reviews before booking.
