Eastington Park, Exclusive Hire

My partner and I got married at Eastington Park in December 2023 and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone at EP played a huge part in our wedding being the perfect day. Particularly Jen - Jen was absolutely epic!!! Happy to answer all our questions, full of enthusiasm and nothing was too much trouble. She was a friendly face throughout the day (and the following morning) & was full of positive energy and just made us feel super, super happy and relaxed. We had SO many compliments from guests about how stunning the venue was; how brilliant it was that they could stay the night & didn’t have to travel; how comfortable the beds were (one guest with a bad back said they’d had one of best nights sleep they’d had in a long time); how lovely all the staff were; and, how amazing the food was (wedding breakfast and cooked breakfast the following morning). In addition, the event the day before us was cancelled so EP let us drop things off the day before, & let other suppliers know, which was a huge help and just made everything completely stress free. I would recommend EP to anyone. It ticked so many boxes: exclusive use, plenty of accommodation with en-suites & family rooms/suites, the friendliest staff ever, flexible & accommodating, dog-friendly, outstanding communication throughout, and (due to all of that) great value for money. Choosing a venue is such a huge decision for a wedding, but EP left us with zero regrets and the happiest memories. I would recommend EP time and time again! I just wish we could do it all again!!

Eastington Park, what a venue! 5 stars isn’t enough to cover the location, staff and venue, nothing was too much trouble. From our first show around, to the open day, and our wedding day. Everything was so beautiful and precise with timings and schedule. Arranging Gloucestershire Registrar was an easy process, and the ceremony in the ballroom was perfect. We cannot recommend Molly enough she was the perfect Wedding Manager supporting the bridal party during the day and ensuring all guests had what they needed and their bedrooms were comfortable. We are truly grateful to the EP team for answering all our queries and providing advice when needed. Berry Blue Catering went above and beyond to cover our requirements and every guests compliments the food, there wasn’t anything left! We got married at EP in November 2023. Everything was perfection from planning to execution on the day. Kathryn who was our Wedding Manager was outstanding and reassured us throughout every stage of the day! The venue is beautiful and is recommended to anyone!! The whole experience to us was outstanding and the venue really gives you the time and attention you need to deliver a day you can only dream of. We wanted our wedding to be a unique experience for our guests which included doing a evening show hosted by myself and my husband, Kathryn was involved in this and was not only able to handle the wedding side of things but also worked as a backstage manager during the show for us to ensure the show went smoothly, she literally went above and beyond. Kathyn even changed her shift on the day to ensure she would be on hand on the key times of the day. We sold out the venue in regards to the bedrooms and the rooms were clean and well presented. We want to shout out Steph who is the Bar Manager who worked so hard with such a lot of guests in the evening she was brilliant. The lodge prior to the wedding was amazing and included a breakfast which was divine. Any time we called EP for help or advise no problem was to small or big we even had a beer garden meeting with Kathryn a few months before to go over our plans. There is not a single bad thing we can say about EP and we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making it what it was you are truly awesome in every way xxx
