Building was nice inside but unfortunately, staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. We were there to attend a week long training course and advised by our firm that casual dress was appropriate. This obviously didn't quite live up to the business wear that they're used to seeing on their corporate clients as we were treated pretty poorly from the outset. Glared at by staff for using the designated break area because they had corporate clients whom they'd decided to set up catering for, directly outside a room we'd hired for a week. Unbelievably, two of the staff gestured at us like lepers and made snide comments as we ate our lunch. We were then asked if we would remain inside our room and eat our lunches at our desks as they had 'clients' using this space. Are we not clients? I'm pretty sure you received payment for your services. Pompous & arrogant staff who shouldn't judge a book by its cover.
