Originally built in 1850 the Coulsdon Manor has been tastefully restored to its former glory. The beautiful country house retains many original features from the open fire place to the glass atrium giving a light and airy feel to the hotel. March 2024The Views Are AMAZING!!!!! The hotel is a little dated, I like this ambience as it creates a warm welcoming atmosphere as you arrive! Only came for a one day event so cannot rate rooms - service was excellent and the food was nice and very good value for money.

January 2024Was not a nice stay. My partner and I had attending the hotel. First of all the room was freezing cold. We decided to turn up the heating on the radiator which was no help. We then went to the reception. I had waited for 20 minutes and nobody showed I then went back into my room and called reception. Was on the phone for over 45 mins with no answer. My partner has also called from google but no surprise not response. Bathroom shower has weak water pressure. No signal in the hotel wish is understandable as it’s in the sticks. Bedrooms are dated, very cheap and uncomfortable pillows and mattress.
