Stayed here with a friend a couple of times and always got an amazing service. The rooms were amazing with a great location. Staff were also great, especially the night manager guy. Unfortunately, the prices have gone to the point where it is unaffordable to me, otherwise I would have stayed here every time.

Langham hotel location was perfect as we needed access to train station etc. The room are cosy and standard. But the staff need customer service training, they were so rude and even mentioned we are in a wrong hotel. They could not find us on the system even though we were there. The room service prices are ridiculous compare to 4/5 star hotel. 4 star based on room cleanliness and train excess but staff need work skills.

i liked that the hotel was kinda small, so there wasnt many people. The beds however felt like sleeping on rocks the first night but i got more used to it through the week. Loved the location, 2 minute walk to the closest tesco and good resturanten really close. Also only a 5 minute walk to Oxford street

Staff were very nice. Unfortunately we went on one of the hottest days of the year and there is no air con in the rooms. We were given an ancient desk fan. Were alsp offered complimentary iced water.

Stayed for 2 night . On first appearance looked lovely. No ac in the room, bed are like sleeping on cardboard both Mr and my partner hardly slept due to the heat in the room and the fact the mattress was so uncomfortable. We needed some baby bottle sterilizer and the staff where not helpfull at all I had to fight toth and nail for them to do so. And was told it was a one off I would not stay here again if some one paid be. The only good thing is the location but let's be honest there are cheaper ls better places to stay
