- Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. - All cancellations will result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid. - Following cancellation charges will be applied to the estimated cost of the event based on the minimum numbers agreed: • More than 12 weeks’ notice – Retention of deposit paid • Less than 12 weeks’ notice - 25% • Less than 6 weeks’ notice 40% • Less than 4 weeks’ notice - 50% • Less than 2 weeks’ notice - 75% • Less than one weeks’ notice 100% - Cancellation charges will be invoiced where credit facilities are established.

    Well where do I start firstly don't read to much into the reviews . There was 5 of us staying at this hotel and we booked this hotel because of its location because family members only live around the corner from the hotel so it was a perfect location. But i was looking at the reviews and to be honest I was starting to panic because of reading some of the reviews I had visions of us having to check out early . But all I can say is thank god there isn't one negative thing I could say about this hotel from staff members who we're just brilliant the staff in the bar / restaurant who we're brilliant we had 2 members who where gluten free and the choices for them was brilliant even at breakfast the girls after the first morning each morning after that brought the gluten free toast to our table when they saw us getting our breakfast . We couldn't fault this hotel rooms perfect we stayed on the 5th floor . Once again don't read to much into the bad reviews we would definitely be staying here again wouldn't stay anywhere else as I said location was brilliant bus stop outside hotel to go into town tube station around the corner. Absolutely brilliant stay .

    Had a lovely celebration here in one of the function rooms. Was excellent. Didn't stay in any of the rooms so cant comment on the. Building very nice. Staff friendly.

    A great place to travel out from to central London, west Hampstead or Camden on foot! Clean and spacious rooms. We had to change a few rooms because the mattresses were so stiff in some rooms. However the staff were very accommodating allowing us to go to different rooms and choose the one that we loved the most. The pub and restaurant attached have a nice food as well. Thank you.

    I have not had a great stay and was very disappointed with the experience we received this time. When visiting London we always book this hotel and with having great experience we chose this hotel again. However, we regret choosing this hotel as it wasn't worth the price we paid. We normally arrive in a spotless room, but this time the sink was dirty, plug sockets were damaged, and there was no shampoo or body wash provided. When starting the day, the ironing board was broken and struggled to iron since it just had 1 leg. There was no iron in the room, so we had to contact the reception to request one. When we requested to clean the room whilst we went out during the day, the cleaners didn't do a good job, and the room was still dirty as we left it. We had a child on board, and before checking in, we asked the receptionist if it's possible to provide milk for the little one as he will need it in the night. The receptionist was happy to provide this service. However, when we requested to deliver the milk to our room, it was a small amount which wasn't enough. When booking for reservation, we specially requested both rooms to be near. However, one room was on the 6th floor, and one room was on the 1st floor, and with having little kids, this was a struggle.
