Plenty to do for all the family even despite current restrictions, we really enjoyed ourselves. We had a couple of issues which were swiftly rectified so I cannot fault the staff at all with that. Just keep an eye on booking details as we had a party of 4 and room only had 3 bed set up, and anniversary card didn't get left out. But as said, can't fault the staff for sorting things swiftly.

Delightful family hotel. We stayed in self catering and made superb use of all the activities. Our 5yo loved the swimming, the action park and the horse riding. Wish we were staying another week to explore more. Staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Plenty of parking. Restaurants serve great food. Nothing to fault and will likely be back in the future.

Have stayed in the hotel previously, but this time we had a lovely walk around the grounds. I didn't know how much the hotel had to offer. The small village of chalets was a new feature for me, as was the outdoor family facilities. After our walk, we popped into the hotel for a coffee..a very enjoyable few hours.

Room not up to much, restaurant hit one night, miss the next. Activities and entertainment were tremendous. The girl doing the pony trekking and the girl doing archery were awesome. Very helpful and knew there stuff. Ceilidh was really good.

Lipstick on the glass, cutlery not washed and tired looking. Afternoon tea was a gift. It couldn't have been a less I don't give a toss attitude from staff. Order taken for extras and they didn't bring the extras. On payment they decided to charge for the extras that they didn't bring. You get better service at a motorway stop and costs less
