Amazing wedding venue and hotel! Nauman was my event coordinator, and he went through everything in detail with me to make sure my day was absolutely perfect. He listened to everything I asked for and delivered it beautifully. On the day itself, Zara was my event manager — she was incredibly professional, attentive, and so helpful throughout, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. I had my event on the 17th of Sept in the Rhubarb Suite and everything was absolutely perfect. Zara, my event manager, was fantastic and made sure the whole day ran smoothly. The decor was beautiful, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. All my guests had such a great time and couldn’t stop complimenting how beautiful and well organised everything was. A huge thank you to Zara for going above and beyond to help me and my guests; her kindness and patience truly made my day unforgettable. We recently held an event at Grand Sapphire, and everything was handled well. The venue is stunning, with an atmosphere that made our occasion feel special. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience stress-free. A big thank you to Zara Malik, who managed our event. She wasvery organized, proactive, and constantly checking in to make sure everything went smoothly. She also helped us with the leftover food, which we appreciated. It’s clear she cares about her clients. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. Highly recommend Grand Sapphire for any event.

Not really the best hotel in the world. Unfortunately would not recommend. Stayed on a Monday night. My colleague and I stayed overnight for a business trip. We were greeted by a miserable security guard who said we couldn’t park in the car park and had to park on the road. We booked this hotel for the secure car park and double checked it was available before we arrived. Turns out it was only used for wedding guests and we could use it after 9:30pm. The hotel doesn’t have a bar or a restaurant. We ordered “room service” which was a take away. Over priced and not very nice at all. You only get a complimentary bottle of water in your room and that’s it for beverages during your stay. I would recommend bringing drinks with you. Also, eat before you stay. After the experience of the night before, I read the reviews and decided to give the breakfast a miss… The room was clean but there was no hot water. Ended up having a cold shower and the sensored bathroom light kept on going off. If you’re staying in a twin room, please be aware that one of the beds is by a very noisy and not well insulated window. We were very lucky that the wedding downstairs was finished early as we had an early start for work the next day. I think the hotel should reconsider opening the rooms for non-guests on wedding days. Especially on weekdays when most non-guests are there on business.
