    All my staff had such a wonderful time at the Christmas party at Grand Sapphire Hotel. From the moment we arrived to when we left the whole experience was amazing. The food was sublime and the staff were very professional and extremely accommodating and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated. We couldn’t have been any happier with the party. I will definitely booking again for next year. Thank you so much.

    Our wedding at the Grand Sapphire was nothing short of magical. From start to finish, it was an absolute dream come true. Nauman, our dedicated coordinator, played an instrumental role in ensuring that every aspect of our special day was nothing short of perfection. His unwavering support, attention to detail, and reassuring presence made the entire planning process a breeze. He was always just a phone call away, ready to address any concerns and offer valuable guidance. The decor was simply breathtaking, exceeding all our expectations. The creativity showcased by the team at Grand Sapphire truly transformed the venue into a fairytale setting. However, we did notice some issues with the head tables, as the mirrored curved tables had damage and scratches on the surface. Despite this setback, everything else was wonderful. Additionally, if you're considering a mirrored dance floor, it's worth noting that it can get dirty very quickly with footprints. There didn't seem to be anti-dirt protection, so keep that in mind when making your decision. We are incredibly grateful to Grand Sapphire for creating such a beautiful and memorable wedding for us. It's a day that we will cherish for a lifetime, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue or team to bring our vision to life.     Firstly the hotel does not respond to any emails or messages previous to check in. The room did not have an iron or hangers or enough towels, and no refrigerator. We had to ask for all of the above. The sink was cracked and the shower had mold. I wouldn't suggest staying here for more than a day If you are looking for comfort. The linens on the bed was simply a duvet and a top sheet not even a fitted sheet. Breakfast was ok, it consisted of boiled or fried eggs, yogurt, toast, cereal, mini hotdogs and beans. Supplies ran low after the first hour and wasn't replenished and you had to ask. The staff was extremely polite to their credit but I wouldn't stay there again.

    On arrival the bed was dirty and when I asked to change rooms. I got we don't have any more doubles. Not going to mention what was on the sheets but put me off sleeping in the bed. They didn't even change the sheets , all the time I stayed there. When I asked if they catered for diabetics I just got a blank expression with no answer. No tea or coffee in the room and finally got a teaspoon on the second to last day I was supposed to stay. I was so disgusted in the efforts of this hotel I left a day early. I would express a total WARNING to hygiene of ANYONE who is thinking of staying here. It reeks of bad management . Oh and before I forget I woke up to a repeating noise at 4 a.m. and couldn't get back to sleep. Breakfast was awful, so for the main I didn't have much of it. Just a pity I can't get my money back on the last night I never stayed. It might have softened the experience. Totally inhospitable place to stay and next time I'll choose something far better like the premier inn.
