LOCK Studios, a dynamic venue under the LOCK Group umbrella, spans an expansive 12,000 square feet spread across two unique buildings, all within a leisurely minute’s walk from each other, the venue ensures a fluid and interconnected setting for your event.
We boast 6 distinct studios, with Studio 1, 2 and 3 exclusively dedicated to events. Within these spaces, we've revitalized the studio setting to provide an exceptional canvas, intimate dinners, networking mixers, boutique product launches, art exhibitions, workshops or seminars, and more.

Studio 3 The 1,000-square-feet space, is nestled underground, creating an exclusive venue reminiscent of a speakeasy. Step away from the outside world and immerse yourself in the intimate embrace of this unique space, promising privacy and a truly distinctive experience.
Perfect for art enthusiasts, Studio 3 is adorned with white lighting, featuring a gallery-style layout with square or rectangular shapes, and unadorned white walls.
Being situated underground, Studio 3 excels in soundproofing, making it the ideal choice for various events. Whether you're hosting a film screening or launching an intimate premiere, revel in the assurance that the underground setting ensures a disturbance-free environment.
For entrance options, the space provides a semi-private entrance. You can walk right in through the private street-level entrance via a unique entrance adjacent to Studio 2.
We have revitalized the studio setting to provide an exceptional canvas for intimate dinners, networking mixers, boutique product launches, art exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and more.

Cancellation policy
In the unfortunate circumstances that the Hirer has to cancel or postpone the Venue Hire, the following charges will be due. In each the percentage applies to the total Venue Hire Fee. - 25% for cancellations between 34 and 16 weeks prior to the Event date. - 50% for cancellations between 16 weeks and 30 days prior to the Event date. - 100% for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the Event date.
Other rules
Security Guard Requirement: The Studio, situated in a residential area, mandates the inclusion of essential items in addition to the hire fee. A Security Guard is imperative for the live event's commencement. The security guard must be on-site at least 1 hour before the event starts. The Venue Manager at Lock Studios will provide crucial information to the security guard regarding emergency exits, rules and regulations. The security guard is required to stay until the de-rigging process is completed. Live Bands and DJs Approval: Live bands and DJs are permitted to perform music within the Venue, subject to specific conditions. Lock Studio Ltd requires prior written approval for the engagement of these entertainers. Such approval must be obtained at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled event. Noise Restrictions: Strict noise restrictions are in place, with a specific decibel level of 65DB associated with the venue. It is imperative to acknowledge the venue's proximity to residential areas. Adherence to these noise restrictions is mandatory for all events hosted at the Studio.

March 2024Beware this is where B Unique studios operates for Platinum Models it is a scam. It a lovely shared space but the people that run B Unique are Nigerian scammers! They will charge you £300-£2000 for a portfolio.
