November 2019I was attending an event at the london excel so the location was perfect, however, the room i stayed in was not the cleanest of rooms. There were hairs on the floor when we got there and was a bit dusty. there was only 1 tea bag given in the room even though there were two beds. i stayed in the summer so it was very hot but unfortunately the air conditioning was not working. we were not given any instuctions upon arival. we had never stayed in a hotel before so we didnt know how anything worked. the staff were very cold which made us not want to go down and ask how anything worked. we spent about 15 minuets trying to figure out how the electric worked and then the shower. my trip could have been made much more enjoyable if the staff were more friendly and aproachable and if the cleaning was done a little better.
