Brilliant city centre hotel 5 min off the Royal Mile. We stayed in a superior room which provided a very clean and comfortable stay in a lovely spacious room. We had dinner at hotel on first night and I would recommend trying it. The menu was well balanced and the food was delicious. Breakfast was not to as high a standard as dinner as it's provide on a buffet service rather than made to order which did result in some of it being luke warm and other parts quite dry. That being said there was plenty on offer including a nice selection of fresh fruit.

It was a lovely place, super well located. Clean, safe, modern and the staff were always very nice and helpful. The included breakfast was good. The room size was excellent. The only thing they could change is that the bathroom door was made from frosted glass so not very private. Note that the hotel does not have dedicated parking, but offer a discount for a nearby hotel. Apart from that, all good. Very recommended! 10!!

A really lovely hotel, and old building but very modern inside. Just off the main high road. Only a 15 minute walk to Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. In our room all wall sockets have 2 USB ports. The bathroom is a good size, clean modern the bedroom has air-conditioning. They do a full Scottish breakfast as well as continental breakfast. Fruit, Pastry cold meats and hams. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel. Stayed for one night B&B as a stopover. Allowed us to check in early as we got here long before check in. The room is amazing. Also got the chance to get room service and the service was really quick. The food is great! Staff so friendly and helpful. Room facilities are great. Will definitely be staying again the next chance we get to Edinburgh 😊

A very clean and modern hotel. Room was lovely with a view of Arthur's Seat! Great spacious double walk in shower, but no toilet brush (!) Our bed was comfortable. Both the breakfast and the service was nice and friendly. Would definitely return 😊
