The hotel staff were very welcoming, even leaving a special gift and a handwritten note, and although the rooms are small, they are well laid out with a very comfortable bed (I would recommend the addition of USB charging ports in the bedside outlets). The breakfast had a wide assortment of delicious and healthy options, and the large windows and skylights provided just the right amount of connection to the street outside. I've stayed here before and hope to do so again soon!

Fantastic hotel in London, best value for money. Kensington is a quiet neighborhood but at the same time close to city center. Service also excellent. Will totally recommend, looking forward to the next visit

What a wonderful hotel! From our arrival to the moment we left we were continually impressed. Andres, who checked us in, gave us an upgrade. The room, whilst compact was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was again spotless and we loved the L'Occitane products. Plus, there was a Nespresso machine so we could have a decent cup of coffee in the morning. We opted for breakfast, and we are glad we did! The selection of food was amazing. The array of fresh backed goods was astounding. Again, the staff were extremely professional and attentive. Literally, some of the nicest hotel staff I've ever met. We will definitely stay here again.

Stay at the hotel was excellent. Spend +180 days a year in Marriott properties and this was one of the better in terms of staff and overall service. Room was lovely, charming, and clean. Lifts were large (for UK) and always available. Breakfast was good and hosted by a consummate professional who learns everyone by name (and coffee order) within one meeting. Very impressed, Would stay again.
