I rarely to give review but I have to say if anybody looking for office please dont touch this place managed by Regus!!! the total experience is awful and terrible. The Regus management team here is unprofessional for meeting space usage and contract renewal. the staff does not make any sense and very rude. I have paid rent and wifi until the end of contract and they stoped wifi service 2 weeks before ends. We have disagreement on meeting usage and charge with their service and after long long emails commutation it cant be resloved and big surprise there is no route to escalate the issue. Regus sounds like big group but there is no customer care or service at all. We sent email notification to terminate contract and they said no the lease agreement outomatically renewed until 2027 and management team said to me I have to pay all the rent that sounds ridiculous even without signing a contract they asking to pay money!!! I dont konw there is still dictatorship for such business!!! all I got calls from their central team is to ask money and no intention to resolve the issue!! Anyone please looking an proper serviced please look others. Totally nightmare!!
