Exquisite 4 star hotel with 5 star services! The location is perfect for tourists who want to explore Edinburgh. The rooms are very clean, nice and cozy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a buffet breakfast for adults and free for kids. There is also parking for guests, gymnasium and swimming pool.

We only stayed for the one night but my partner and I absolutely loved the place. We were greeted very warmly by one of the reception staff. I believe his name was Jay. We were also upgraded by the hotel free of charge, apparently we were selected to be guest of the day. The room was immaculate with all the creature comforts you could possible ask for. The location is also very handy with things like shops and places to get on the door step of the hotel. All in all we seriously would consider coming again and I’d also recommend a stay at the hotel to others.

We stayed 6 nights here, and really enjoyed it. The location was kind of far out, but on the tram line, so very convenient. And, the price made it worth the trek. The bar/restaurant was pretty pricey. The room was great for the 3 of us (2 of us in the big bed, and our kid had the pull-out sofa). The closet was pretty tight, but only because we were there for so long. The pool was nice to relax in after a long day of touring. We were near stores, and a few fast food options. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed at this Novotel just as the new pool and gym have opened. The equipment is really good and has all the facilities you would want from a heath club (Sauna, Steam Room). The pool is amazing. The rooms have great views and are really light. Staff were all very helpful, I was very grateful having not been to the area before. The location is good. Very close to the airport and also to town. There is really good shopping across the road and the tram is right there too. Food in the restaurant is really good (breakfast and dinner). I'm very happy I chose to stay here. Thank you very much!

The room was good. It was well sized and the beds were comfy. The price was good. However, there were only 2 cups and 2 glasses for 4 of us. The room was very hot and opening the window was really noisy. Trains, trams, deliveries and staff having breaks all kept us awake. We tried to have breakfast at the hotel but the queues were so big we couldn't face it. Which is a shame. The pool was busy and tiles were missing. I understand that it is about to be renovated.
