Sandown Park is one of Britain’s most loved and revered racecourses. It is one of the UK’s top exhibition venues and was winner of ‘Best Exhibition Venue Under 4,000m2’ in April 2014 (Exhibition News Awards).

Founded in 1875, Sandown Park Racecourse has provided the backdrop to some of the greatest moments in horseracing history. Outside of racing, the track is a leading events and conference venue in the region.

Situated in the leafy county of Surrey, it is within very easy reach of London and can accommodate large scale or small scale events.

Great, scenic race course. Easy access to show ring and winners enclosure. Staff very cheery and helpful. Free car parking close to grandstand. Restaurants and bars expensive with long queues. Superb entertainment after races.

FEVER Drone Show Saturday 23rd August. My wife booked us to attend a drone show at Sandown in the open air. We had VIP seating but there was also standing and an area for people to picnic. The show started at 8:45 and lasted a good hour with the show synchronised to live music play by a quartet who played The Four Seasons by Vivaldi and swan lake. Superb on many levels, highly recommended to attend if they organise another evening.

Good clear layout for coming into the building and heading outside to your allocated area. Good number of toilet facilities signed around the main building. Helpful traffic marshalls for the parking and we were there for an amazing drone show actually.

An outdated pastime for a generation soon going out. The average age of people there were around 75. The grass is amazing though. Never understood how can the make grass so perfect.
