A return to form for the RCR! After a disappointing visit last year we were hesitant, the recent reviews have been poor but we were pleasantly surprised! The food was excellent, nice to see themed dishes back on the menu! The nemesis tandoori chicken burger was absolutely great, only waited about about 5 minutes for it and it all came out nice and hot! We also had a couple of the Smile Always, smiler themed, burgers which were very good too if not a bit messier! The smiler logo on the black bun in gold was an absolutely excellent touch too! Price wise it's on par with a middle of the road gastro pub, £17-19 for burgers and £3.15 for a glass bottle of coke. All in all it was a great visit and if it carries on like this then it'll remain a good place to visit for the forceable future! Just don't let it slip back to where is was in late 2022 and mid 2023.

As far as a themed park restaurant goes, it’s pretty good. It’s more about the experience of the food coming down on rails and the ambiance lighting. The staff is friendly but there is little interaction as everything is done on the phone and the food is then delivered automatically. The food is expensive but portions are quite big. It’s also rather tasty. The annoying thing about this place is that the food comes as it’s ready so when in a group, the food is likely not to arrive at the same time for everyone.

Very below average food ...just served on a little roller coaster than comes down from the kitchen. The menu was so limited that there was literally nothing we wanted, so just ordered nachos which were a tiny bowl of dry chips with afew jalapeños and sauce. Kids didn't like their food ether ..all In all a pointless visit and wouldn't eat at alton towers again. Over priced, very poor quality, don't bother...

I went with my partner after doing the Alton Towers 10k experience. Our friends had been earlier in the day and had told us how good it was so we were very excited to try it. Upon arriving we asked for a table and were told that the restaurant was closing. This would have been okay if we didn't walk past 10 minutes later to see more people being let in and seated. Very disappointed. Would recommend going somewhere else as we were thankfully able to get a nice meal from a nearby cafe.
