Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION No amount of the Fee or Additional Costs that have been paid by the Customer in accordance with the Special Conditions shall be refunded to the Customer in circumstances where the Customer cancels the Event at any time. If the Customer fails to make any payment of the Fee or Additional Costs in the amount and/or at the time as required in accordance with the Special Conditions, the subsequent cancellation of the Event by the Customer shall not relieve the Customer of its obligation to pay such overdue amount but any amount of the Fee or Additional Costs that, in accordance with the Special Conditions, only becomes due and payable after the Customer has cancelled the Event shall not become due and payable by the Customer.     Super lovely place either to socialise in or work in whatever capacity. Love the 'distressed / rustic' aesthetic that goes really well with the building itself and all of the lovely furnishings. All of the spaces are a delight as well as being very functional for whatever you're after, and the staff were excellent as well. Hats off to Migeul (very professional) for keeping it so pristine for us and huge props and thanks to hostess Alesha who went above and beyond - welcoming, friendly, professional, really accommodating as well as being fun and just an absolute delight (give this woman a raise!)
