    Working as IT support for a client who are renting office space in the Riverside building I can honestly say that the Regus staff have been incredibly accommodating and nothing was ever too much trouble. Always friendly and very pleasant to deal with from being on reception to helping prepare the office for occupancy. Provision of phones, patching, external comms, etc was carried out efficiently and speedily. Desk moves with full access to all required Data & Phone points were carried out with zero disruption to the staff utilising the office which was of paramount importance. Of particular note if Jacqueline McLauchline, Senior Customer Service Representative who, with her highly professional attitude and dedicated colleagues Claire and Nicole, made the whole set-up process an absolute breeze even when I required access to the comms room out of hours. Would highly recommend any startup or small/medium sized business look at office space at this site.
