I try to use the gym, however the weights area is always hogged by men and when the machines are free, they inconsiderately leave all the super heavy weights on the machines which are impossible for me to lift. The small room is also taken up by men that make you feel like you shouldn't be in there. I have rheumatoid arthritis so I try use the gym regularly to strengthen my muscles and joints, however because of the above, I've started to use other centres.
