Staff are lovely and friendly the parking can be a little bit limited at times but most of the time it's not issue the building it's self is clean and tidy. The Facilities are everything expect and more from a office space with multiple businesses under the same roof.

A gentleman by the name of ‘Harry’ who works in the HR department for Cannock Regus decided to spend his time on the phone to my partner (who merely enquired about the pricing for a few hours of booking time for the office space) by insulting her and mocking her request for a tour before making a payment for the office space. If a fully grown adult male feels the need to spend his professional time on the company phones in this way, perhaps this company should take some time to think about what it’s doing during the interviewing process. I sincerely hope that this ‘Harry’ is dealt with in accordance with the proper guidelines regarding staff abusing customers or I will be taking it higher.
