With 8 meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 70 delegates and 299 bedrooms along with 2 restaurants and 2 bars, Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport has plenty of options for your day and residential meetings. All of our main meeting rooms come equipped with LCD projector, screen and flipchart.

For downtime during your event the break out space has free-flowing tea and coffee, as well as enticing freshly baked snacks throughout the day. Perfect over night stay before our early morning flight to Disney. We was checked in by Cibril (sorry if spelt wrong) who kindly gave us 2 drink vouchers for the bar. Another staff member asked if our little boy would like a biscuit and brought him out a shortbread. The rooms where lovely and spacious as well. Of course you could hear the planes but that didn't bother us, apart from that we thought it was a quiet hotel. The walk to the airport is between 5-10mins. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were consistently professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Whether it was reception, housekeeping, or restaurant staff—everyone delivered with genuine warmth and efficiency. The Asian restaurant on-site was a standout. Every dish was bursting with flavour, beautifully presented, and offered real value for money. It’s rare to find airport dining that feels this refined and satisfying. Perfect for travellers seeking comfort, quality, and a touch of culinary excellence before or after a flight. Highly recommend

Absolutely impressed with this hotel; firstly, the staff were amazing, from the person I met at check-in (very nice, very efficient, delightful) to the staff I met around who all were amazing; I have bmnevwr felt so welcome in a hotel. The location is perfect, easy walk to terminals and airport station. The hotel was far superior to those I have used last 2 years in the area. Room very comfortable and warm. Will be booking again for future yrips.

Diamond IHG member here. Crowne Plazas are usually amazing but this one misses the mark slightly. First off, this property is not really walkable to and from terminal 2, despite the website claiming it is a "short walk". The bathroom is tiny. Not even enough space to put your toiletries or hang towels. The water pressure is also one of the worst I've encountered in all my stays. The breakfast was adequate, nothing special. I would've expected a live cooking station for eggs at a Crowne Plaza, but only scrambled eggs were provided. The service and room in general were great. But I doubt I will stay here again especially if I am flying out of T2.

Avoid! Terrible experience tonight before a big holiday. First, they didn't give us the access code for WiFi during check in. Then the heater in the room wasn't working and considering it's November, it's freezing! At first tried to contact them through WhatsApp since they said they would get back straight away but nothing so my husband told the reception, who said that someone will come but no one did so I called reception and when someone finally picked up after a long while, was told that his colleague checked and there's a fault. Funny how no one bothered to tell us that. At least he did send someone with a portable heater. Oh, they only have decaf coffee as well. Had better experience in travelodge and premier inn so expected better for the price. In the end, we had to switch room since the portable heater wasn't working. Oh, this room has proper coffee so at least there's that. And the heater's working. Oh, and over an hour after I put that WhatsApp message, they finally replied. I think people have different view of what straight away means.
