I had such a great experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the little touches—like the complimentary bottled water and the cozy bed, which made my stay extra relaxing. The location was perfect—close to everything, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The amenities were excellent too, especially the breakfast, which had a great variety of fresh and tasty options.

I was at Chelsea Harbour hotel & spa yesterday. My treatment was divine. I have enjoyed it so much. Following my treatment I was greeted by a very nice and welcoming Lily for my afternoon tea. She was so kind and helpful and made me feel so welcomed! I had an opportunity to taste 2 different types of tea. She kindly put the beautiful cakes I haven’t eaten in the box for me to take home. An outstanding service! Many thanks Tanya

I honestly don’t have a single bad thing to say about The Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa. The location was great and not too far from *Imperial Wharf station* (5-10 minutes walk). The view alone was stunning, but what really stood out was the attentive service, the delicious food and the inviting vibe of the place. I stayed here for a few days with my daughters and from the moment we checked in, we were made to feel so welcome. From the concierges greeting us with helpful hands to the reception team, Zakia, Mohit, Mukta and Shock, who were so kind, friendly and helpful. Our room was really spacious and perfect for a family. They even set up an extra single bed for me in the living area, so my girls could have the main beds, which made our stay so much more comfortable and showed how thoughtful the team was. The little touches, like extra bottles of water, tea, coffee/decaf and biscuits really made it feel special. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower, which was super handy for a family. The housekeeping team, especially Patricia and Ashi, kept everything immaculate and made sure we had everything we needed in the room. The Anchor Restaurant was excellent too. Mona, Askhay, Franciska, Timnit, and Seminar (sorry if I forgot anyone) always looked after us and made sure we enjoyed our meals with a happy, gentle and kind attitude. Breakfast had so many choices from fresh fruit, salad bar, cereals, etc… and pastries to freshly cooked omelettes or pancakes. Every meal we had for lunch or dinner was tasty and beautifully done. My children can be picky eaters but they enjoyed every meal they tried from the kids menu, so a big thank you to the chefs and kitchen staff. I did enjoy everything too. Also, the room service was quick, which was perfect for those evenings when we just wanted to eat/drink and relax in the room. I do want to thank Ahmed, the night porter, for being quick, helpful, no matter what time we needed something he was always in a great mood to drop it. The spa and pool were wonderful, and I loved that the pool felt safe for kids (1.5m, not too deep). We didn’t try the gym, but it looked great with so many different machines etc.. The hotel overall was so child-friendly and people-friendly. Really refreshing to have experienced this type of service in a luxurious hotel. My daughters were free to be themselves and felt welcome everywhere we went and by everyone, AND that really made a difference. The whole place was spotless, and every single staff member we met was friendly and helpful, with some even taking time to recommend places to visit nearby. This hotel made our little getaway so easy and relaxing. It was a great value for the price. We will definitely be coming back. (Sorry for the long review 😅)

I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money.

I do not stay at this hotel as I live close by. However, I have visited it regularly for many years to have food and drink, meet with friends in the area etc. It was very nice and hospitable. It now appears to have new management that has turned it into the most inhospitable hotel in London. Whilst they are more than happy to take your money for food and drink. They refuse to allow non residents easy access to not just disabled but to any of the toilets. They lock them and non residents have to ask permission from the staff to use them. Whereby they are told the toilets are only for residents use. What do they expect us to do urinate on the floor! How unreasonable! I am currently on crutches with a surgical boot. This evening I was there with friends spending money only to be totally humiliated by having to stand outside a locked toilet with my legs crossed waiting for staff to let me in. How dare they who are these people?!!! It calls itself a 5 star hotel. I don't think so better treatment and service would be given in any local greasy spoon cafe! G. Morris
