Really good space especially for families with family toilets and play room. Play room usually has drawing supplies, books and toys for littles. Cafe has a good selection of tray bakes and coffees. Lunch menu is ok, a wee bit on the pricey end for what you get but atmosphere and facilities are worth the extra money. Love the exhibitions here too. Most are free with a suggested donation and are open to all ages. My littles (9 and 4) enjoy going round the exhibitions and sketching what they've seen in the little alcove on the first floor that again usually has art supplies, paper, charcoal, pens, pastels etc.

Great place! different galleries in one place and in the middle a very good café/restaurant with even some vegan options. The exhibition was interesting, the café charming, the building interesting and the people working there super nice. Highly recommend going there!

We attended the Easter petting zoo. It was lovely. Lots of animals for the children to see and hold and the farm staff were really engaging and helpful. However, the MAC’s time slot of 15 minutes was far too short. We were not permitted to enter until 11.30 and we were back in our car by 11.49 having been been ushered out at 11.42. Even 30 minutes would have been better.
