    Really nice room. Good size. In a good location. Was concerned the trains might be noisy but could barely hear them because of the good windows. Helpful staff too.

    On arrival checked into room found a massive crack on mirror came back to reception met with pleasant staff who moved us to another room then was informed they don't service the room which wasn't on the Web page had to get towels, toilet paper at reception as room attendants just did the checkout rooms also if you wanted more coffee tea milk sugar you had to go to reception. As they didn't service the room it would have been a lovely gesture to give guests a discount if they went for a meal in bar which I did but found it very expensive also found it annoying woman on phone face timing shouting staff did nothing and just gave food and walked away, also a number of beers listed on menus were out of stock waitress said I asked for tomato juice but she informed myself they didn't have also room bland one chair and table to sit on also a couple of bathroom floor tiles were cracked and paint chip and dent in Bath also toilet roll holder coming of wall staff were lovely at reception

    Good location when out and about in Glasgow. Friendly staff, quick and efficient check in and check out facilities. Good facilities in the rooms which were quite spacious and clean. Good views over the River Clyde. Convenient parking in the Q Park immediately opposite the hotel at a reduced rate. A couple of downsides - rooms not quite adequately soundproofed as you can hear the trains rumbling outside. Also, tea and coffee supplies not replenished at the end of the day. Otherwise a good quality hotel located in a very convenient part of Glasgow with shops and eating places within a stone throw away!

    Clean, comfortable room, but nothing special. Good location near central rail station and O2 Academy but no place at entrance to pull in car to unload luggage before taking vehicle to car park a short walk away. No facial tissues in toilet, and only two half toilet rolls in loo. Really?

    The queue to get inn was out the door as there was only 2 staff on reception. Not that much of a big deal but waiting 25 minutes is a little long. Staff where very polite and professional. Location of the hotel is perfect. Main downside for me was the state of the rooms. Could tell they hadn't been cleaned as there was hairs all over my bed still. Went to reception and got a different room. Sorted the issue no problem. Would hesitate to stay again for that reason due to the current climate.
