We loved this hotel! Excellent location, extra fluffy pillows and comforters, very clean. Ambiance of the chandelier in the staircase and the chandelier dining room and bar was perfection. And my favorite thing about this hotel was the staff. They're incredibly helpful for recommendations and booking last minute tours. They even made us a cute and delicious breakfast to go when we had an early bus tour to go to. This is the only hotel I'll stay at in Glasgow.

Lovely place and has a really nice atmosphere and vibe. They have an extensive drinks menu. I had the flaming flamingo cocktail it was delicious as were all my parties drinks they were very well made and very reasonably priced. We worth a visit

Superb location. Nice rooms. Great breakfast. Service from all staff excellent with a particular mention going to Stuart and David in the lobby and the lady in the bar (sorry, didn't get her name) for going far beyond what one would expect even in a hotel of this standard. I will be back.

We absolutely adored our stay at the Grand Central! Every single staff member we encountered was exceptional! Best customer service we have ever received! Beautiful hotel! Glasgow has the nicest people we’ve ever met.

I've been here a handful of times for the herald awards. Absolute amazing service, friendly staff who work really hard to make the night go perfect. Would recommend events here as well as a lovely comforting stay. Thanks to the staff who work hard to make this place fantastic.
