February 2022Rooms modern and big with good amenities. I was on the side facing London and the flight path into Heathrow. Amazing views and was able to get a great night's sleep as rooms are very quiet. The Hotel really lets itself down with dinner and breakfast. Dinner service was abysmal. Waited over 50 minutes, then had to chase the staff. The dining room wasn't busy at all either. A gentleman was seated, served, and ate his dinner all in the time it took our group to get starters. Considering it was just us and him in the dining room this is not the best to say the very least! Breakfast over cooked but luckily there is a collection of cereal and toast to enjoy as hot food I would avoid. I would recommend this hotel only if you're not eating there and are just looking for a place to lay your head. We had no choice, as we were travelling for business.
