This must have been the 9th visit to the hotel in a business context but it surely is the last one. Room cleaning is now every 3 days, so you must take care of your own dishes, empty your trashcan, make sure you ask the desk for new towels when they are dirty and hope your tiny shampoo bottle makes it (we stayed for 4 nights and even after the cleaning the bottles were not replaced and the trashcans were not emptied). Parking is 13GBP extra per day and breakfast is 10GBP extra per day per person. This is too expensive for the quality of the service. Breakfast is the same every day (scrambled eggs/bacon/sausage/tomato/mushroom). Overall not satisfactory when you come back from a long business day.

Didn’t even check in. I’ve travelled over 200 miles and thought I’ll pay the little extra for a good hotel. Stayed at this hotel last month but didn’t have any issues. However today they required a deposit from a card , I didn’t have my card on me and having booked through hotels.com it says they also take cash as a deposit but maybe not anymore as of covid. So I offered to give them my card details as I had a picture of my card. They didn’t accept it and was being rude towards me and couldn’t respect that I’m at a customer and have come over 200 miles. Wasn’t happy so walked out. Just found out I can’t get my deposit back aswell but hotels.com has the wrong information on as it says they accept cash deposits when they don’t so will also be complaining to them.

Fair price with fair conditions. Additional charge for parking, though free off street Parking is available anyway across the street. Near to retail parks,supermarkets, walkable distance. Due to the Covid, room cleaning is only once every 3 days, however you can always call the front desk and require additional supplies.

We are still here but this is a lovely hotel and the staff are very friendly and professional, so welcoming and nothing is any trouble!! Our room is lovely with a big super king bed and a double fold out for our Daughter which is so comfy!! The reception is bright and airy with big comfortable chairs well spaced out!! The staff make this hotel, so caring and know exactly who you are by name!! That to me speaks volumes!! Well done Hyatt Place Hayes. Claire McGreeghan xxx. Thank you

Loved this hotel. Very clean, food is great and the kids meals are brilliant for the money. Staff are very friendly and polite. No issues with parking. Hotel was very quiet during our stay, good facilities and really nice rooms and bathrooms. Not particularly mind blowing views from the rooms due to its location but location is decent for Windsor etc with much more competitive prices than other hotels.
