May 2024My friend and I had drinks during the weekend and had a great time. We haven’t been to London since 2013 so we’re excited that we got some advice from our bartender Leo on what to see before we leave next week. Most importantly they understood my German accent ;) The drinks were great, will definitely try to stop by again on my next trip. Service was great, had a lovely time. Can only recommend. Leo and Isa are a great team.

June 2024Amazing hotel stay for 5 nights in London. This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, room was cozy and had all the amenities needed. It was quiet and comfortable. The lobby was always busy but easy to get a spot to sit and hangout and order food and drinks. Great location to an underground and a few bus lines. Rooms are on the smaller size because of the location but didn’t feel crammed.

June 2024Definitely one of the cleanest hotel I’ve been to in London. Cozy and clean rooms, felt like home immediately! Also have to underline the super friendly service and the constant working WiFi that ensures some hours of work can also get done in the room or the nice receptions/bar area. Recommended this hotel to coworkers and friends already since also the location is great for both, a work or personal trip.

May 2024My friend and I had the most amazing experience here for my 23rd birthday! The room was spotless, the ambience was lovely and the location was extremely convenient as it’s local to many bars/clubs/restaurants, which was perfect for my birthday. The shower’s water pressure was just right and it felt extremely rejuvenating. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate for special occasions, I was given chocolate and drinks on the house. A special thank you goes to Georgia and Debby at the reception for providing impeccable and attentive service!

June 2024Location is good but that’s all. We had a room way smaller from what I booked. I told the front desk but refused to change the room. They said photos on the website doesn’t reflect all the room !! So I measured it : it was 14,7m2 instead of 18m2, even smaller than the category down !! Even it was early, they didn’t change the room, or even feel sorry or apologize. A totally rip off. The place looks cool but is in fact really cheap : cheap tea bags, no bath robe or slippers, no cleaning services unless we ask,… Staff is careless. The lobby and lounge are full of students getting free WiFi.
