Terrible company! Put my partner through unnecessary stress and gave no service whatsoever. Took money before the service was up and running. Staff were rude, terrible customer service. Avoid like the plague!

I was a tenant for 4 years and the building should be lovely but the terrible service and sloppy standards eventually made me leave. We had window that is dangerous and really hard to open/close, we had a leaking radiator that went unfixed for months, ruined the carpet which was not replaced, we had awful paint work, numerous internet connection issues (over years and very stressful), poor cleaning services (office rarely not hoovered and only hoovered when you moan), the toilets and kitchens are generally grotty as well. I was also charged a carpet cleaning fee upon moving out (taken from deposit) for the carpet that the radiator leak stained and that would have to be replaced anyway and I am struggling to get the remained of my deposit back from them which has been the finial insult which has motivated me to write this review. I don't recommend to small business at all and it's a shame because the building should be a great space.
