We had our first visit to Lulu Wild on Saturday 4th of November. We were greeted by the lovely Lauren who asked if it was a special occasion before seating us. We shared it was my birthday and we chose the Bottomless Brunch. Lauren was so attentive and her service so professional. I work in hospitality and recognise good service and Lauren was exceptional. We had a lovely lunch and the whole experience at prices from just £45.00 for as much as you can drink and a two course meal was fabulous. Lauren bought out a special Birthday desert to end our experience. Thank you for making my Birthday so special. We will definitely come back.

We had Bottomless Brunch here yesterday for our Christmas get together, and it was amazing. Our glasses were always topped up, staff were very attentive and the food was incredible. Thank you all for an enjoyable afternoon!

Although I was sat down late but that’s kinda understandable due to the busy Saturday atmosphere the restaurant had. I really really enjoyed myself and my guest did too. I celebrated my 23rd birthday. Can I just give special thanks to Steph and Ana for the excellent service. Thank u so much. U made me night so easy and work so extremely hard. Serving 27 people all at ones can be very challenging

Andreea was absolutely fantastic. Great service, extremely attentive and a pleasure to be waited on by her. We have been to LuLu Wild before and Andreea truly excelled in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Food and cocktails we fantastic and we will be back again.

Not too wild about wild. Really wanted to like this place. Two very good waitresses, one who met us on arrival had zero welcoming or hosting skills. We opted to sit in the annex which was like a covered gazebo, lots of heaters on so toasty warm. Nice clean tables, tableware and menus. We enjoyed a couple of cocktails. The disappointment was the food. The duck pancakes was badged as 1/4 duck. See the picture, this was barely a 1/4 duckling. Yes, duck is expensive but for £19 we just about managed to fill 3 pancakes. There was a lot of crispy onions underneath to pad out the duck which was barely there. Mains was duck and truffle, nicely cooked and good truffle flavour. I had chicken satay, nice thick crunchy sauce, huge chicken breast but parts of it were crunchy. Very odd texture in places. The egg fried rice hadn't been anywhere near a wok, it was like microwaved or sticky rice texture which yellow looking bits which again didn't look like fried egg. It was utterly bland! Service charge, no issue ever with this except you shouldn't be charging 12.5% for service if you can't match service to other restaurants who charge the same, like the ivy, which is silver service. Yes it's optional but the service wasn't equivalent and you always feel obliged to pay. This is a place with great music and surrounds, but more for the insta crowd than those serious about Chinese food. A bit like the Tattu experience but not quite as polished.
