The Distillery, home to Birmingham's newest gin distillery, is a stone's throw away from Brindley Place and The Arena, as well as being perfectly situated on the canal.
Split over two floors, The Distillery can entertain from day to night with a gin bar and private event space on the first floor, leading down to the pub and open kitchen dining area on the lower floor. Our expansive terrace is also ideal spot for warm summer days.
Quality ingredients in their purest form inspire the menu. From the rotisserie and robata grill to the wood-fired pizza, you're bound to be spoilt for choice!
Our First Floor bar area holds up to 100 guests, with relaxing chesterfield booth style seating across the area and unique features such as our own working copper gin still.
It's perfect to hire for corporate events such as summer/xmas parties and team building events. This area is a very open and spacious private area with gorgeous canal views and natural lighting flooding in from our beautiful feature windows.
Choose from a selection of buffet or canape menus or reserve the space for drinks only.

A really great find for lunch. Booked in advance too. The roasts were delicious and well balanced too. The chicken was very well cooked and the lamb , was melt in the mouth . Service was by far some of the best I have had in Birmingham. Friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent gin too!

My partner and I wanted to enjoy a Sunday roast yesterday and found this place. We ordered a lamb roast and some cheeseburger spring rolls and they were amazing. The lamb was the best I've ever had, very tender and would melt in my mouth! The guy who served us was also really polite and helpful and the food arrived within minutes of us ordering. 10/10 experience overall, would definitely come back!

Situated next to the roundhouse. Friendly staff, good selection of drinks on offer. We ordered lunch which we ate in the courtyard as it was a beautiful day. Served quickly, was nice and hot and wonderfully tasty. Fairly priced. Fantastic place to people watch. Highly recommended.

Had travelled from the South coast to watch a gig at the arena and called in on the off chance we could get something to eat before the show. We were brilliantly looked after by the Manager and staff who squeezed us in despite being fully booked. The food and wine were fantastic. This is the second year running we've been to a show and the distillery have looked after us on both occasions. Many thanks again to Sam and his team.

Can't give an honest review as we've been invited here for our company's Christmas party having buffet dinner (and I am not sure if this is served here on a regular basis or not). The food was more like a nibbling stuff (or cheap fast food) rather then a proper buffet style (not sure what the company paid for, so can't base my review on this, but I believe was around £35/person). Haven't seen the real distillery (as we were based on the ground floor and the distillery/bar on the basement). However, the staff were all amazing, helpful, and welcoming. They were clearing up quite often and checking upon us. The atmosphere was warm and cosy. The entrance should be though more clear as we had to go around the building a few times until we realised which one was the actual entrance.
