Nice building, but tricky to get to in city centre if driving.

Was made to stand outside in the cold while my spouse went to their appointment. This is ridiculous considering we paid £139 for them to scan a passport... There were lots of empty seats inside but apparently they'd rather not let anyone use them. Makes me feel disgusted that the government allows these scummy places to even exist in the first place. They shouldn't be allowed to exploit people like this.

Attending my wife's UKVCAS biometric appointment with our baby was challenging as the receptionist denied indoor waiting, despite the inclement weather. Faced with the dilemma of either walking back to the car, parked 10 to 15 minutes away, with the baby, or sending the baby with her for the appointment. I strongly felt the need for enhanced arrangements to allow those with infants to wait in a designated area. It is crucial to emphasize that we had paid £139 for the service. For individuals scheduling appointments with infants, considering an alternative centre might be advisable given these circumstances.
