    Customer Service Nightmare - A Masterclass in Ignorance I recently had the misfortune of dealing with the customer service team at Regus, and let me tell you, it was an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. From start to finish, the level of ignorance displayed by their IT and Accounts representatives was truly astonishing. The ignorance reached its peak when I asked a specific question about a billing discrepancy. Instead of addressing my concern and crediting back for wrong invoicing they keep charging since Aug-23 to Jan-24 and not refunded till date.
