Had a lovely time staying here last week!! Comfy bed and stunning apartment very modern!! Only thing I would say would be the deposit I had to put down which I never knew about when i booked the apartment it said I didn’t need to leave a deposit then once I got there they asked for £250 for a deposit which I think is a lot of money which I didn’t have on me. So bad to borrow off someone else. It should have been told before hand so I knew. But apart from that the staff was great and was a lovely experience

The apartment was fine, the air conditioner wasn't working, one of the toilets was blocked, a bit noisy from the street but it's in the middle of Liverpool so it's to be expected. Only hand soap in one of the bathrooms but we had plenty of towels and spare pillows in the big wardrobe which was good. The sofa was a bit past its best as some of the seats were on crazy slopes when you sat on them.

So... I stayed here for work, and my colleague had stayed in the aparthotel the night before and had warned me about the condition of the room, so the bar had been set low. However, when I got into the room, it was actually OK. There are a couple of maintenance issues... marks on carpet and rip in sofa upholstery. But overall decor was nice and it was handy to have a fridge etc. However, there were no toiletries at all and the towels were hidden in the cupboard. The epic team were extremely helpful, especially Katy and the clubhouse reception team. On balance, I would stay again... thanks again to Katy for all the help organising the teams' rooms. 🙏 I'm really grateful.

Great location. Unfortunately, you can tell this place was once loved and has been nicely decorated, but it hasn’t been maintained. The room was dirty - it looked like at some point it had been damaged by a large group and not fixed. There were no cooking utensils in the kitchen and any that were there were dirty. No hand soap or other amenities provided. All complaints were responded to with “we will follow that up” with no solution. Very overpriced for what we received.

Our booking was at 12 o'clock and we arrived at about 5 past 12 (we did ring the offfice to advise we were running slightly late). When we arrived we rang the doorbell on multiple occasions and were stood outside for over 5 minutes until someone let us in. When we walked in the gentleman had no idea what was going on and told us he didn't even work there and that they were running late. He advised that they would be 20 minutes and they'd call us through. We were put in a side room, which was filthy, boxes everywhere, dirty tables and wet floor signs. There was no music and it was dark and dingey. Half an hour past and someone out of our party left the room to find someone, who was greeted by a rude gentleman who again had no idea what was going on. During this time another party had turned up early for their booking and was turned away. 45 minutes then passed with still no contact and we were still left in the awful room. In the end we decided to leave and as we left there was still noone around and I'd be surprised if they even knew we left! After the nightmare we had with the booking following design my night parting with masons and having to call multiple times to even pay you the remaining monies, I am very frustrated with our experience. Over all this was extremely frustrating and disappointing for our hen party and has absolutely put a damper on the weekend
