Great hotel, really clean. Little spa that help a lot for have a great relax during the stay. I got a back massage from Pepper, it went really good. It was so relaxing that i felt a sleep. For me is a big Yes.

Absolutely amazing customer service from checking in, to checking out. The room was so tidy and lovely, the dinner service was amazing and the buffet breakfast. The use of the spa is also a really good way to end your stay. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful! The food itself was very well cooked and delicious.

Overall would be more than happy to stay at the hotel again, spa is lovely, bar is a good atmosphere and rooms are nice too. However had to ask for an additional birthday extra to be sent to the room a few times, even though I had arranged this prior to my stay. I didn’t end up getting this, but was still a good stay and would recommend.

Myself and husband booked a get away with this hotel.the first night we stayed we got room service and ordered 2 steaks one well done and one medium, the well done steak was very rare wasn’t enjoyable. We had a breakfast and found a hair in the mushroom. Room service wouldn’t answer the phone. Pictures were not as expected. Had to pay £20 for the spa. Wouldn’t go back everything you have to pay for it’s ridiculous. Bed and bathroom was probably the best.
