January 2024Great hotel! I went there on a solo trip out of town and absolutely loved my stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. The breakfast was very tasty (it was an open buffet with both hot and cold options). It’s just like the pictures and the bedrooms are actually allot more spacious than the photos give off. I used the spa facilities as well with a treatment, jacuzzi and swimming pool a tad small but the massage was amazing! Well worth the price. The location is good sell with shops just round the corner and the castle about a 10min walk away.

February 2024Great hotel, very helpful staff. The bar and 'long bar' restaurant are great spots to meet friends over a nice cocktail or meal. Dayo on reception is incredibly helpful on every visit, and makes everyone feel really welcome when they arrive - he always has a smile on his face and willing to help you :)

December 2023Good for business. Great location. Efficient check-in. Car park is a bit of a faff - park outside reception, get a key card first before attempting the car park otherwise you'll pay in addition to your corporate rate. Lunch food pretty good, breakfast better. Needs another help yourself coffee machine. Rooms adequate, clean and perfunctory. Some rooms a bit dated. Would I stay there again for business? Yep. With my wife/family? Maybe not.

February 2024Really enjoyed staying in Guildford. The hotel lobby, restaurant and gym + Spa are lovely but the rooms are not good. I understand they are renovating the rooms soon which will make it more worth the price tag. Genny on reception and all the staff were super. Thank you.

January 2024I have stayed there for around a week. The rooms need a lot of improvements as I think everything in is very old. The rooms cannot block the voices outside so u can always hear when people are walking or talking in the hotel passage. The staff is quiet friendly tho and helpful.
