At The Palm House we celebrate the good life, whatever shape that takes. We have a dedicated events team to help you mark any occasion, whether it’s a special birthday, an office party, a product launch or team away day. With private bookable areas available for groups of 8 to 400, we will work with you to put together a bespoke package that gives your guests the time of their lives. We are able to exclusively offer our 1st floor only, for standing receptions of up to 150 guests or seated dinners of up to 80. The space houses its own bar and toilets, along with it's own sound system so is the perfect backdrop for those slightly smaller events.
We host everything from lively festive drinks parties to vibrant Christmas dinners. Our dedicated events team will work with you to create a bespoke package suitable for your budget and take care of all the details, meaning you can simply enjoy your event as a guest. March 2024We usually research restaurants before trying them, but ended up popping in to the Palm House sight unseen after getting shut out at a few other places. We were very pleasantly surprised - the food was great, and the service was even better. It was crazy busy, but Rita made sure we were seated and served quickly and with a smile. Highly recommended - thank you, Rita!

March 2024If you go to the bottomless Margarita's and a Taco's and want a fun night go with low expectations of the food but high expectations of the drinks. The atmosphere was so fun! The dining experience was disappointing. We were asked to wait at the bar as our table was not ready, it was clear the booking staff had forgotten about us. When I asked twenty minutes later and was finally seated (without an apology) the table was really dirty and I had to ask one of the waiters to clean it. After being seated late the food arrived pretty much straight away however the taco's were very stale and seemed like they had been sat out for a while. We were not offered a choice of taco's and my vegetarian friend luckily was happy to eat the plantain ones. If this was on the booking form and I missed this happy to take responsibility for this. We also had to ask several times for cutlery, plates and napkins for our food. The drinks were great and they were very generous / accommodating with bottomless Margaritas. I do also want to point out once we had an assigned waiter to our table he was brilliant, friendly and very helpful. We ended up having another drink at the bar afterwards and it was such a good vibe! The music was great and everyone was up dancing.
