At The Palm House we celebrate the good life, whatever shape that takes. We have a dedicated events team to help you mark any occasion, whether it’s a special birthday, an office party, a product launch or team away day. With private bookable areas available for groups of 8 to 400, we will work with you to put together a bespoke package that gives your guests the time of their lives. We are able to exclusively offer our 1st floor only, for standing receptions of up to 150 guests or seated dinners of up to 80. The space houses its own bar and toilets, along with it's own sound system so is the perfect backdrop for those slightly smaller events.
We host everything from lively festive drinks parties to vibrant Christmas dinners. Our dedicated events team will work with you to create a bespoke package suitable for your budget and take care of all the details, meaning you can simply enjoy your event as a guest. April 2024I found out about the bottomless magarita offer via an instagram food blogger and knew I had to get in there! I was not disappointed. Went with a small group of 3. The staff were friendly and polite, a friend was running late and our table was not at risk (regardless of the 90min table reservation in the booking policy). At the end of the night I think we had about 5 pitchers of magarita and 4 delicious tacos each. This was fantastic and great value for money. The dj was also really good - from 90s rap to afrobeat. I would definitely be back.

April 2024Great food and amazing service and vibes. The music will have you up on your feet. Special shoutout to Yasmin who was absolutely wonderful and friendly. She catered to all our needs and offer loads of suggestions too. At the end of the night she managed to move us and re-locate us to a booth so we could enjoy further drinks and the music.

June 2024We booked for the bottomless margarita + taco sharer for £35 and boy the taco sharer serving was huge. We had a good time. There was a dj playing good party music . My friends and i had a good time. Service was in point. Will definitely comeback

A special shout out to Chris for making me and my Sis feel like friends more than customers. Great service. This is my second time attending this restaurant and I'll definitely be back. Here is to Taco Tuesday's. Xx

May 2024We went for the bottomless brunch, firstly there was apparently no prosecco which was part of the bottomless brunch due to a messed up delivery so we were offered a white wine substitute...apparently the other available bubblies were much more expensive than the prosseco, so they would then substitute for that. Anyway, the processeco finally arrives 30mins into our brunch. The jar of punch option basically tastess like the blackcurrant squash you get at kids parties, so we had to send that back and stick yo off the menu cocktails, which were nice. The food was okayish. The veggie eggs from the brunch menu was nice, I asked for the eggs not too runny...it was basically a boiled egg when it arrived...at least they tried. I asked for a side of salmon, which apparently they can't do...🤷🏾♀️ so I ordered the tequila salmon to go with it. The guac was tasteless and I wasn't too keen on the salmon, it tasted pickled but slightly sweet...just wasn't the taste was going for. The dessert was a generous portion, the pineapple upside down cake, although nice was a bit stodgy in the middle and not very spongy...and now that I recall there was no taste of rum in sight, so not sure where the rum was in that. Its a nice place, the service was also a but unconnected, we had to ask different people to follow up on things we had already ordered...and that happenes quite a few times. Not sure I'll be going back, was an ok experience, but memorable for the wrong reaaons.
