Banking Hall, Exclusive Use Of Venue

Banking Hall was simply fantastic! The team helped to make our most special of days truly magical. Everything from the organisation through to the catering was outstanding. The spaces were gorgeous and so suited to our wedding. Everything was set up beautifully from the decor to the tables through to the lighting. We held our ceremony, reception, breakfast and party there, and moving between the great hall and the mezzanine was seamless. We were just touched by the extra level of support everyone gave. This included advisory on everything from flowers through to wedding insurance. There are so many wonderful aspects about our experience - a few points are as follows: We were so impressed with how the team worked with us and each other. They were adaptable, flexible and helped make the points clear. They were able to make recommendations for how we wanted to run the day, and were so warm and welcoming when we first approached them. Olivia Manning was a huge part of this and gave us confidence that our vision for what wanted could be met. Through the run up and on the day we were so grateful for Ella Gomez's and Lyndsey Baron’s support and attention to detail. One of the things that we were most touched by is the way that Ella helped Christine as she started to walk down the aisle, helping to adjust her train, and keeping a close oversight on the day along with Lyndsey. She and Lyndsey both helped our guests so much too, all of whom sung their praises. In addition we had an amazing team of servers, bar and mixologists and security. The security team Sergio and Bekim were so kind, not only providing support with warmth and humour, but also helping our guests, particularly our elderly guests as they sought taxis home. Everything about the catering was superb. From the tasting through to the execution on the day, the entire experience was stellar. The menu items were phenomenal and it was very difficult to choose! Everything from the canapés through to the meals and the late night snacks were delicious and all our guests raved about the food. Banking Hall were beyond assiduous in catering for dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances and looked after our guests so well. Wine pairings were excellent and we opted for the Prosecco because it was divine! Our very special thanks to chefs Ben Dalton & Chris Hawkins and their amazing team! We cannot recommend Banking Hall enough and we will always be grateful to their team for making our day so special!
