Often described as a hidden gem, The Walbrook prides itself on the discretion, privacy and personal service it offers members and guests to entertain, conduct business or simply relax.

The Club which opened in 2000 was converted and decorated by the late Mark Birley.

The charming Queen Anne style house is a private members club that can also be used for private dining events by non-members.

The Walbrook’s style is that of an elegant private home.

It is ideal for holding private and corporate events, for example:
• Presentations with plasma screens
• Private breakfast, lunch or dinner
• Receptions
• Meetings followed by private dining

The Oak Room is on the lower ground floor and known informally as the M&A Room. It is one of the most private rooms in town, with its sequestered walls panelled in pale English oak and laying claim to its own servery. The table and comfortable armchairs were designed by Bauhaus master Mies van der Rohe and its interesting mix of Yayoi Kusama’s Pumpkins, hanging alongside an array of Beatles memorabilia, serve to create a chic and unexpected and style.

It provides the utmost discretion for private dining, drinks, interviews, negotiations, meetings and much more besides. At night, with lights dimmed, Members are transported to a boardroom in New York.
