February 2024BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING A TABLE OR TICKETS READ ALL THE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND TRUST PILOT! My expierence was from the 17th February, we purchased tickets over 4 weeks prior to attending and also messaged one of the resident dj's "Dj Rohan" @djrohxn_ on Instagram. We purchased a pre 1am ticket and Rohan mentioned as long as we get there before 1230am we will be fine. When we arrived there was 3/4 people infront of us (group of 4 girls, which seems to be important for Chinawhite as they ask you during the booking process). The queue went quickly and when we got to the front we realised why. We were told they had over sold on tickets and we would be getting a refund despite only hearing about this when we got to the front of the queue with STILL no notification of how and when this will be happening. One of my friends i was with message Chinawhite on Saturday morning (17th) regarding tickets if they had any left, to which they sent a link for a "second wave". How can you sell out with your promoters sending active links to people to take their money?! Naturally I messaged Dj Rohan and my messages were left on "seen" by him and the door staff said there will be nothing he can do either. The owners of the club, the door staff and the dj's as well as anyone related to this organisation should be ashamed of themselves and are an actual joke. This booking was for a birthday event but after reading reviews they do not care what you book for just take your money and run while cherry picking who can attend and who can't - not sure what this is based on and maybe the comment about whoever views the cameras might hold some weight to it. I will be putting this on all platforms possible as well incorageing everyone I know not to even walk close to this so called club.

December 2023I never actually got a chance to enter this club. I have given it this rating due to the fact that I made a reservation for a table which cost 250 but when we got to the table we were told the only tables available were the 1000 tables which was not what I had booked. I am not entirely sure whether this is accurate but it did appear to be rather quiet hence the one star rating. I feel this situation could have been dealt with better
