Cancellation policy

Cancelations & Terminations All cancellations or additions to the booking must be confirmed in writing. If cancellations are received after the deposit is paid, the deposit will be lost (see clause 1. a) The Customer/Company agrees that they will inform the venue at the earliest opportunity of cancellations All patrons must be available to be seated at the arranged time of booking. Failure to do so will result in the loss of booking and deposit paid (see clause 1. a) The Venue Management reserves the right to refuse admission and asks that all guests conduct themselves in an appropriate manner. Reservations will be kept for a maximum of 15 minutes after the given arrival time. Failure to arrive 15 minutes after the given arrival time will result in the space being released and the deposit lost (see clause 1. A)

Other rules

Monies & Payment All monies are non-refundable and non-transferable (see section 1.a.i) Monies may be refundable or transferable in the event that the venue cannot honour the booking If the booking is not honoured due to actions of the booking customer/company or their guests, then clause 1. a will be actioned The customer/Company agrees to pay any outstanding monies before or on the date of the event. Failing to make payment to any outstanding monies as per point 1. b. i will incur a 25% penalty of any outstanding monies, payable by the Customer/Company Deposits and paid monies will be redeemed against the final balance on the day of the event A minimum of 50% of the booking must be paid 7 days before the event 100% of the booking must be paid before or on the day of the event All prices quoted include VAT at the prevailing time unless specified. An agreed deposit amount will be required to confirm your reservation and must be paid to secure your booking Specific Requests Hardman Bars LTD will endeavour to accommodate specific requests; however, we cannot guarantee that every requirement will be met The customer agrees to inform the venue of any event specific activities/objects at least 7 days before the event Hardman Bars LTD reserve the right to reject any event specific requests While the venue will endeavour to accommodate specific dietary requirements, advance notification is required. Venue management recommends viewing the booking space prior to confirmation of the booking to ensure the areas or room reserved is suitable for your requirements. No persons under 18 years old will be permitted into the Venue after 8pm Personal items The venue will not accept liability in respect of any loss of or damage to articles brought into the premises. Damage and neglect The customer agrees to be responsible for all and any damages to any property, equipment or items that belong to Hardman Bars LTD, within the venue, that are caused by any act, default, negligence and vandalism of the customer, or guests of the customer. The customer agreed to pay for such damages Dress code There is a smart casual dress code in the venue Fancy dress is not permitted in the venue unless agreed by venue Management Food and Drink No corkage is available Only products supplied by the venue are permitted on the premises
