Very rare to have a truly World Class experience. From the start, Piyush and his team took great care of us. We had a “Ameen” Quran completion party for 85 people in the manhattan suite. Beautiful seats, great views, staff were friendly and accommodating. The food- oh lord - absolutely delicious halal food, excellent choice of starters and mains. You simply can not go wrong for your event. We had Papdi chaat, Paneer, kebab, for starters… mains were Manchurian Gobi, Pilau, Tandoori chicken, lamb korma, aloo saag and roti- amazing standard. I will Hopefully use this venue all the time.

We were recently invited to a wedding at The City Pavilion and made the journey there by car – my wife and I were both quite curious about what the venue would be like. It turned out to be a beautiful sunny day, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised. The interior was really lovely – clean, elegant, and well-suited to the occasion. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was nicely set up for the celebration. The food was just right – perfectly matched to the event. It was well-prepared, served efficiently, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. Most importantly, both the bride and groom, along with their families, looked genuinely happy and relaxed. You could really feel the joy in the room. Everyone had a great time, and the venue played a big part in making the day so special. All in all, The City Pavilion truly topped it off – a fantastic place for a wedding, and we’re so glad we were part of it. Let me know if you'd like to personalise it further (e.g. mention specific food, décor, music, etc.). Follow more of my reviews and activities on Instagram: @h_bermani

Myself and my husband had our 50th birthday here on Thursday in the Manhattan suite. We had a meeting with Piyush last year and we felt confident that he would deliver a fantastic party . We can honestly say that everything was absolutely perfect , the food was amazing and they catered for those with allergies .all catering supervisors were accommodating . All our guests loved every dish served on the night . Piyush popped into the party throughout the night to ensure all was well Bar had all the drinks required . Security at the doors too which made it feel safer . Bathrooms were very clean . We are so pleased we had the party here in the end. We will now be having other events here in the future . Thank you to Piyush and team for a memorable 50th party 🥳

We visited City Pavilion yesterday for a game of bowling, hoping to have a fun and enjoyable time. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing.Despite paying for the game, we didn’t receive the service we expected. There were no lights or music, which are usually part of the bowling experience and add to the atmosphere. We raised this concern with the staff twice, but their response was disheartening. They informed us that a regular customer was present, and because of that, they wouldn’t be providing the full service to others. We were even told we could wait until the regular customer was finished. While we understand the importance of regular patrons, it felt unfair to be treated as less important just because we aren’t frequent visitors. Everyone’s time and experience should be valued equally, especially when paying for the same service. It was also disappointing to see that many of the bowling lanes were empty — we visited on a weekday when it wasn’t busy, yet the staff did not seem interested in providing a good experience. Additionally, the way some staff members spoke to us was not professional or welcoming. We came to enjoy ourselves but ended up leaving disappointed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers — regular or not — are treated with equal respect and given the experience they pay for.
