This was absolutely amazing the new screens totally different experience!! Me and my partner went to see the bee keeper great film!! I think that the seats are higher then the 1 in Brighton so you don't have anyone's head in the way. And the seats are more comfortable. Loved the slushs and sweets!! A little bit pricey but still had a great time

We chose the 4DX for the experience. We booked the seats in advance and travelled to MK. Unfortunately our seats didn't work and we had to get up and move, luckily the cinema wasn't full, and we could move to working seats. if it had been full, we would've travelled for nothing. They knew the seats were broken. The experience was good fun. I think they need seat belts in the chairs for the more violent aspects of the film. But overall, it was a really good night out. We didn't buy drinks or food. Paying over £5 for one small soft drink is laughable. If we had bought drinks and snacks, our mid-week cheap evening out would have cost over £60 (for two of us) just at the cinema.

Unfortunately our last visit was marred by inexperienced staff. I queued to purchase some popcorn and sort parking refund and it was during school holidays so xscape and cineworld was very busy. Finally, after a longer wait then normal the assistant behind the snacks said sorry I'm closed."" I asked why, and she replied I have to sanitise! " I explained that we have all been waiting to be served a long time and was not informed the till was closing. She claimed she could not do anything so I demanded to see a manger. She rolled her eyes at us and went off. Short while later she returned and said its ok I can serve you now! No apology, just service. The staff taking tickets were so friendly and approachable. The cinema was clean and the temperature was just right. Enjoyed the film just not the initial experience.

Possibly the worst cinema I’ve been to. From arrival the member of staff (Chloe) was less than helpful. She had no idea about the food products available and could just about manage to suggest if you want information go on the QR code and have a look. When allergies are involved it helps if the staff selling can be bothered to assist in what is or isn’t safe. Not to mention the loss of revenue from 4 people wanting to buy food and drink due to the poor attitude out of principle we didn’t purchase anything else. We sat in screen 2, maybe an older screen but the seats were so uncomfortable and the space was restricted. This is one venue I will not be returning to.
