June 2024Found upstairs in Escape The snow dome. There are stairs, escalators, and a lift for pram or wheelchair access. Inside there's a Starbucks, and a large sweet section. Toilets available but these are accessible after you've gone through to the screen area. It's a large cinema complex, however I found the chairs to be dated and do not recline. Also the seating isn't at a very steep angle, so the lower section of rows have the risk of someone's big head being in the way of the screen. A pleasant experience, but choose a rear row.

April 2024Nice place. Queued for a while as only 1 person serving (with an assistant doing his drinks) although there were 4 people with the one person needed to scan your ticket!! Other than that it was good.

May 2024Service. Only 1 person serving and waited 10 minutes. Plenty of other colleagues walking around but putting tasks ahead of the customer. Went back to get more treats but didn't bother when saw the queue longer!!
