Absolutely disgusting customer service carried out by front of desk receptionist. Went to ask about an appointment, replied with ‘your appointments not with me is it’ , when i returned back to my seat and said ‘that was quite rude’ she responded with ‘did you say something?’ in a argumentative and aggressive tone. Disgusted by this.

These spaces have high risk of euro car park ownership where they con customers and clients of money when their car is even parked outside just for several minutes. A wasted place to vist with high ticket prices. I do understand car park is 45min free but out of car park is madness. Avoid at all cost
